I've been browsing here lately but haven't really been posting. I'm a bad forum member. I need to work on it.

My SO and I have been married for almost three months. Time flies when you're having fun!

We've both been working a lot this summer to save up money because I start graduate school in less than two weeks (!!!) and will only be able to work part time. He's working overtime every week as always and I'm working a couple part time jobs that just about equal full time. We work completely opposite schedules - I do early mornings and nights while he works days. We've still been able to do some fun things like go to a demolition derby, hang out by my parents' lake, and go out to karaoke/get drunk at bars (yay!). Most of our time together has been spent doing things with our adorable pug:

His name is Otis and this is his "I would like some food please" face!

Being close distance has been awesome. We do bicker (we both have strong personalities) but we're really happy and love being able to sleep next to each other, even though our dog always gets himself in between us. We call him the wedge.

But enough about every day stuff. Here are some pictures from our honeymoon!

First we took a cruise from Port Canaveral to the Bahamas. We fell in love with cruises. It was so great having everything so close to us and the food was excellent. We also got the unlimited alcohol package (worth every penny) so it was great not having to worry about driving :P

Hanging out on the deck while we sailed away from Florida

Our housekeeper found out we were on our honeymoon and made us a heart out of towels.

We spent time on the beach relaxing and swimming in CocoCay, Bahamas and then prettied-up for formal night! My SO forgot his dress shoes and ended up wearing black sneakers during it. Whoops haha.

We did a glass bottom boat tour in Nassau, Bahamas and then ended up at Senor Frogs for drinks. We left after one drink though. A little too crazy for us :P

Our cruise was four days long. We got off the ship at 8am the last morning and headed to Disney World for two days! We checked into our resort, Disney's Pop Century, and then headed to Epcot.

I required us to wear bride and groom ears. Thankfully my husband obliged :P We had so much fun in the park. We ate at Biergarden, the German buffet. It was so good. We had extra Magic Hours that night and ended up being able to ride Test Track 5 times in a row!

The next day we went to a character breakfast at 1600 Park Fare. Amazing food. We met Tigger (my SO's favorite), Mary Poppins, and the Mad Hatter. Then we spent our last day in Magic Kingdom. My SO is afraid of heights and roller coasters but I was able to talk him into riding on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. He was nervous but he ended up loving it! His exact words were "I hate it when you're right. That was awesome!" hahaha. We rode it like 5 times. We also rode Space Mountain twice and then the new roller coaster that had opened the night before, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, twice. I was so proud that I finally got him on a roller coaster and that he loved it.

Cinderella's Castle after an amazing honeymoon!

All and all, our honeymoon was fantastic. We fell in love with cruises. We had an amazing time at the happiest place on earth. I wish we could go again! We already have another cruise booked for January - shhh :P
