Change of plans.... but perhaps a good change?

Hey everyone!
So last night I found out that I was accepted for a public contest for this job that I'm applying too, problem is that, because of the law on public work in Macau, that means that my plans for October to meet my SO could become impossible if I do get it. So me and my SO talked about what might be the best way for us to meet this year and to stay safe, we agreed on early May, which is like 2 months away! On one hand I'm sad since we had lots of plans for October but I'm more happy to see him 5 months earlier than we intended <3
