I waited until I felt comfortable. My SO actually said it before me.

After about 3 or 4 weeks of dating. Went quite fast.
Distance means nothing when someone means everything.

I have a fun story about this one actually. We said it about a month and a half in (fast I know) and i'd been wanting to say it but didn't want to freak her out, apparently she'd also been having the same struggle and just blurted it out while playing a game with me. I was really surprised and thought she must have been joking and replied with "uh...thank you" turns out no she wasn't joking and was trying to say it in a casual way so she wouldn't freak me out. she still makes fun of me for that :P
