I read my last post so I know how to do this one right.
My sister has been having fun with her little family together, though they might give the Father In Law less baby access if he keeps fricking waking her up, she's already an insomniac. We skype call a good few times (At least once a week) so everything's cool, I just wish maintaining a call with her wasn't so annoying. They have to wander a lot cause their kid is needy and mom and dad don't get picked up by my mic very well so they keep barraging me with what I call "Old people shit" (Like you know, making someone talk about boring crap, the same thing their moms do to them which they complain about!) so I sit there and like "ASK KIRA IF SHE SAW THE FAT CAT ON MY CAT FROM HELL" "TELL KIRA WE'RE HAVING THAT APPLE EMPINADA COFFEE SHE LIKES" "DID YOU SHOW KIRA THIS THING I'M HOLDING?" and it's like wow please stop being boring we're talking about fun stuff.
The laptop Tam bought me is FANTASTIC. I've spent so long setting everything up as I do, but now everything's pretty comfortable except I barely have even a speck of my collection moved to this one's My Music folder. I'll get around to it.
Been playin a lot of Sims 4. I wanted to hate it cause I'm a fan of the older entries, but after my Sims 3 STILL CRASHES even when I have enough RAM now, 4 found the best way to grow on me, which is "Actually look nice and you know, work"
I've been doing so much since my sister moved, but accomplishing nothing at the same time. I need to start being productive, I just spent a bunch of weeks finally having ANY me time. Also I go run errands with mom and dad a lot recently as I like running errands and they have actually gotten so much more productive without their lovely adorable and painfully distracting granddaughter around. Now it's just time for me to actually clean my room. I let it get out of hand because after Tam left last August I got sad and didn't put any clothes away and it just piled and got worse for so long ugh. I really need to not destroy my room again after she leaves in July.
Dad and I made Mother's Day gifts for everyone ever (Hello from the only girl in my family in her 20s that isn't a mom yet lol) so that's been a fun way to be productive and have fun. We went to Walgreens to develop photos of Ori for picture frames we got for my grandmas, and then for fun we designed really nice coffee mugs! One for my mom and one for my sister. They get here on May 12 so we already gave the "Your present is late but happening" disclaimer.
All these trips to Walgreens have been super fun and made me remember how much I love picture frames and having an unnecessary amount of prints of pictures. I am turning into a housewife and spend all my time in places like Bed Bath and Beyond while fantasizing about my cute future house with my cute future Canadian wife and how adorable everything'll be when I angrily paint thrift store furniture until it matches. Also don't even get me started on monogrammed towels I WANT THEM.
Also to be a boring old person now, I'll mention how it's been SO RAINY recently! In a nice way though, definitely. Right when the weather up by Tam gets nice, we get a rainy week, hahaha!
So yeah, there's all my updates, everything is going rather well! Now for another promise to post more than like once a month recently, and hopefully I uphold it this time (Especially now that this computer's acquainted with this site)
