Watching Master Chef and I dont really think I would be able to kill a crab for the sake of competition.Because there was this Indian girl,and she really started crying because her religion did not allow to take a life from any animal.So I put myself in her shoes and realized I would never be able to put a moving living thing in boiling water,not even because of religion (if I was Hindu) but just because well,it's wrong.I mean the animal is still alive,right,you cannot just kill it.
No clue why I decided to post it here o_O What about you guys by the way?

  Ethically I have never seen a string argument for eating meat or fish, it has been shown in scientific studies that lobsters and crabs do indeed feel a great deal of pain when boiled alive so I don't really see the difference between killing a lobster or a pet dog to eat. Would I eat a freshly boiled lobster? Yes I would, because I'm a massive hypocrite and they taste damn good!

  I wouldn't be able to do it, solely because I'm squeamish, ahaha. That, and I'm not a seafood person. However, I don't have a problem with people killing animals for food. I love animals (especially cows-- they're pretty hilarious), but meat just tastes too good to set aside. Then again, I was raised in an area where there's a lot of farmers, both beef and otherwise, so meat's always been a part of my diet. Some people eat meat, and some people don't. That's just how it is, and that's okay.

  I met a guy once who was insanely attractive and a pretty decent person until I found out he goes on safaris, like, kills animals for trophies. INSTANT turn off to the max. I love meat and I'm aware animals need to be killed for it. But killing them for leisure and taking pleasure in it, that makes you a psychopath in my opinion.
  I have killed animals before (a mouse and a badly injured pigeon who was suffering). I felt really bad every time, yet I would do it again in the same situation.
  
  But I don't think I'd be able to kill a crab either. I think it's the particularly cruel ways these animals are killed that make it unacceptable for me. Being dropped alive in boiling water, slowly boiling frogs, and don't even get me on escargot...Jesus. Talking about medieval torture.
