It truly is hard to leave you behind every time we’ve been blessed to spend time together. So hard in fact, that I burst into tears when no one’s looking. I cry because it’s a come-down from all the heightened emotions I feel when I’m with you. I’m pretty certain a lot of people can totally relate to how I feel when leaving their SOs behind to go back home.
Someday soon I won’t have to leave you behind, because someday soon I would leave to come home to you.
