We are both going to watch a movie on Netflix, we don't what movie yet, but me and him aren't very picky. And i'm the type of girl that loves to show my emotions and when I tend to care for somebody, I shower them with love. So I am going to pre-order a large "pizza heart" for him from the little Dominoe's pizza place where he lives.
I'm paying and I'm going to request a little message on top of the box that says "There is no love sincerer than the love of food." quoted by George Bernard Shaw.
He is such the typical guy, he says if he ever has a superhero name, (cause he loves superheroes) he wants to be called MealMan! lol...
I know he will love it and his family too.

Sooooo I am super excited and I will keep yall posted on how it goes!

My SO doesn't have Skype either (actually he doesn't have internet) so I know how you feel :/
The pizza idea is so cute!!! Unfortunately my SO is from the backwoods and they don't deliver there :P But I love that idea!!
And how did your date go?
Our very first Date Night went well! It started at 8pm and we decided to watch the movie "Take Me Home Tonight". Lol it is hilarious! Very fun movie to watch and me and my SO couldn't stop texting each other "OMG!" or "whatttt!!" and "LOL!" We both pressed play at the same time and made sure we were in sync with one another. So pressing play at the same time does work!
That in itself was fun because the movie was hilarious and also very romantic. Made me remember that when you really like somebody, you kinda make yourself crazy and do whatever it takes to be with them, or atleast try your best. Which tied into the whole long distance part in our relationship.
For the pizza, OMG guys lol. Ok so I pre-ordered the pizza and paid with my credit card and told them to deliver it to his address at 8:30pm. Well since me and him got so into the movie, i forgot about asking him if he had received the pizza or not. By the time I remembered it was already really late. I asked him if he got the pizza and he said noooo but that a pizza guy came to their house and they told him he probably got the wrong address down. LOL! Soooo I called the pizza place and they said they could no longer deliver the pizza since it was late but they assured me nothing was charged to my credit card and cancelled the order. MY ADVICE: if you do order a pizza for your SO, let your SO know!
When we talked about it we just laughed. He was kinda bummed cause he missed out on pizza but no harm no foul right! Trial & error, Live & Learn!
Then we both got ready for bed and talked on the phone for another hour playing MadLibs! I would ask him for words then read the story to him and he would do the same to me. Madlibs books are really cheap and fun! I'm really happy he wanted to do that! Then we talked on the phone ending my Friday night with him. Even though if it was a real date, there would be more physical aspects, I couldn't imagine having any more fun with anybody else. Of course, I hope he had just as much fun. Lol you never know what guys are really thinking.
Me and him are definitely planning to do another date night maybe late May or early June. I can't wait to try something a little more creative!
