I joined this site , just to share my story with others, im sure each and everyone of your long distance relationships are just as special to you as mine is to me, i want to be surronded by people who not only understand , but support our love . i've yet to meet a single person who does either.
When my boyfriend and I met . i was 14 and he was 15 .
I live in washington .
and him in texas ,
we met on myspace. and right away i knew we were meant to be .
we were both going through a difficult time of broken hearts, drug abuse, and self injury.
We both in a state of loss and depression .
in the begining he was skeptical about the connection we had being real.
because of how we met .
but we are so alike, he is my other half . and we take so much pride in how much we have in common .
in about two months of getting to know eachother, he realised i was right .
he asked me to be his girlfriend March,3,2010
our love for eachother put the other on the right track.
we've been clean for about a year . and help eachother through it .
we attend school regularly now and are saving up money, preparing for our life togther whenever that may be .
10 days until our 1 year anniversary . the longest relationship either of us has been in .
and we've yet to meet because our parents are of course.
very skeptical about sending one of us so far away .
in may he will be coming to visit me . im counting down the days .
i want our relationship to be understood . and accepted ,
Our love is so beautiful to me . and i want others to look past the distance to see the beauty in it as well.
