As soon as I finish my bachelor's degree here in Ohio (which should be next August) I plan on moving in with my boyfriend in Iowa. I plan on applying to University of Iowa for a graduate program. Several friends have mentioned loop holes for establishing residency for tuition purposes, such as sending some bills there now, etc. However, I am worried about messing up tuition for my current school. Does anyone have any experience with this? Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
