Work abroad - filipino dentist

My girlfriend is from Philippines and she is curently studying dentistry at Emilio Aguinaldo College in Cavite and she just finished her first year. I'm from Poland and as a future software developer I probably won't have many problems with working abroad, but i worry about her since her job is quite a bit different.
My question is what country could be good for us? Does anyone know if her diploma could be recognized anywhere outside of PH? She wants to move out from there and i want to help her too.
