Frank and I always tip 20%, a $3 tip is just rude! We only tip low if the waiter/waitress really messes up, like once we put our order in and the waitress totally forgot we were there... and she hadn't put our order in at all. And I think we still tipped 15%! Just because I felt bad that she might have been having a bad day, you never know what people hide behind a smile.
