Does anyone find phone interviews hard? I may or may not have to have a interview on the phone. But right now I have to make a call first to get a apointment about becoming a student. The process starts! Im making steps to go to college here in the UK! Scary exciting... but first I have to get enrolled and accepted. It wouldn't be till August so a year from now, but I dont leave here until October, and then be back in April-June. And hopefully Nathan will come visit me in the US in between that time. But right now first I need to make a phone call.... And I have no idea what to say.
I sort of know the process, Nathan has explained to me about needing a prospective visa, then a student visa, applying, all that... But I haven't fully grasped and understood it.... I want to go to culinary, I have wanted to be a cook before I met Nathan, but now I can have this and its also a step to close the distance!!! I want it even more! But I have no speaking skills.....Blegh im nervous....

Then I had to call thousands of people through days of phone banking. Having stuff written up which you will say, or as an outline, definitely helps. I started off by being able to recite the voicemail script in a clear and nonbroken way. After a while, the phone becomes just a tool like any other.
