Culinary school cooking began on October, which explains my extreme business. I've been really exhausted too. Staying standing for more than 5 hours doing things like cutting up food and washing the dishes is not easy. But its no problem for me. I have another problem with the Culinary school. The Chef in my class is supposed to be the best in school. It shows too, he knows a lot. The problem is that the man is no teacher. He has absolutely no patience. Screaming at me for not knowing how to use a grill. Instead of teaching me how, he dismisses me to the sink to wash more dishes. I'm not learning a thing. I'm not the one to stay quiet either. I complained to him on the first day of cooking.
He simply told me "You saw how its done right?" i was like "Yeah i did. Then he said "Then there you go, don't complain". Uhhh... there is an enormous difference in doing and seeing! You learn by doing, everyone does. I didn't learn a thing. Instead i have to rely on my dad to teach me whatever he's not teaching me. My dad is not a chef by title but he's worked in the industry for more than 15 years. He may not be as skilled as the Chef as school but he's definitely a way better teacher. He more than makes up for that.
Everything with Lily has been amazing lately, we still fight sometimes but its usually about silly stuff and we're back to being loving in 2 seconds flat. Like last time, i was talking to an old high school friend i havent seen in years on Facebook. Lily didnt want me talking to her! Awwwww! Hehehe, she was jealous! I guess this wasnt a fight just a cute thing. I never see her as the jealous type. Hehe, i told her not to worry and that she's the love of my life! I wouldn't cheat. I'm not like that.
We had another little arguement recently too, it was more funny than anything. She didnt like my haircut! I think i look good in it! XD
Anyways! That's all for today! I have school today. I probably wont learn a thing. Classmates are angry about that but no one dares complain. Me? I'm paying, i deserve to be taught. I'll complain as much as i want. Well, until next time people! [Edit]: Here's the bread we made at home yesterday. I didnt learn at school since i was washing the dishes for 6 hours. Yeah, that's what i did on a cooking day at school. So my dad is teaching me. It keeps my days really busy. I basically go there to school to be screamed to "Read the book!". Well i am reading the book mister! But i have some doubts on some of the process and you should teach me! Who's giving the class? The chef or the book? I could- haha, i'm going on a rant again! Tomorrow or on the weekend we'll make Oatmeal Bread and Carrot cake! I'll post pictures when we make them!

@Karringtyn Haha, totally! The first thing the Chef told us when school started was that Hells Kitchen is nothing but a holywood entertainment. Over-glorified cooking. But then i see the same chef that told us that screaming at us for not knowing how to saute. Hey! I'm here to learn! He's the teacher! He should teach me!
