So im not a big one on fashion and i always like second opinions...or maybe thirds...fourths...etc lol

Saw it on seventeen magazine and said it would do good on a body like mine...except i dont know how to wear it, i know im going to wear a black shrug bcuz i no likey my arms :/
Now i need shoes...im not sure what kind of shoes i should wear..if i should get black heels...if they should be opened toe or closed....
its for a night party..and i was wondering should i wear tights?
Its a bit above my knees..but if i were to bend down then...not a nice view LMAO
Oh and i want to look sexy but not slutty...i want to leave my SO with his jaw open...when he see's the pictures lmao and well a family friend is coming along and i know he has a thing for me...so idk...he might also be left with his jaw open and might stare at me the whole night......smh
so what do you suggest?

I think no tights and either red or black shoes. I'd go with a sparkly ballerina flat. But if you want to pump up the va-va-voom, get some nice heels. Nothing too heavy or clunky. Stay sleek and elegant

Or, if you have a contrasting cardigan, like lipstick red, wear black shoes and lipstick red clutch. Or if you are afraid of color, you could wear the black cardigan and black shoes (round closed toe...at least four inches) and a contrasting purse. I love red and leopard print but you could also do green.
