Today is Friiiiiiday. Yay! One week from TODAY I will be in Colorado, getting ready to try on wedding dresses. I'm really excited that I get to spend Christmas with my family again, even though I'd much rather be with Nix. BUT next Christmas we will be celebrating as a married couple! AH!!!!
Sorry. I'm trying really hard to tone down the wedding crazy at least until closer to the time, but it just seeps out of me. My fingers type whatever the want sometimes, I can't control them! I know, I know. I'm nuts. Sorrrrrry.
So I know this is bad for me, but I can't help it. I've gotten super lazy with dinner lately, so I've turned to eating things like crackers and cheese and pepperoni, or crackers and peanut butter or rice cakes with various toppings. To be fair, I usually eat a decent size lunch and snack throughout the day, so sometimes when I get home I'm not that hungry. I suppose maybe it's good sort of? I dunno. I'm trying to get into a more comfortable place in my skin before the wedding. Not that I have to lose weight, I just want to be more confident, you know? (Confidence is sexy, right?)
Basically things are good. I'm good. It sucks, because I don't know when I'll get to see Nix again, but other than that, I'm good. I'm leaving work early today to prep for my church's Christmas party... OH I SHOULD FIND MY SANTA HAT. I'm making mashed potatoes! 10 pounds of mashed potatoes.......... (Again, I'm crazy, lol).
I haven't sent out our Christmas cards yet... I guess I'll be spending this weekend addressing and stamping them so I can get them out ASAP, I don't want them to be late!!
Anywho. This was basically just an update to post another blog, nothing super exciting happening. I gotta pack for next week's trip, and clean and stuff.
