I've been here for 11 days now. And it has been amazing. It is so wonderful just to be back here in my life with him, sharing the same bed, under the same roof. The last 11 days has been a wonderful messy combination of laughter, of touch, of fighting, of talking, of sex, of saying "I love you" as much as we can, of holding hands, of watching movies and playing games and cooking meals together. And that's why it's so amazing. Because it's all been done together. Even when we argue, we are still together, still people fighting to create a life together.
I leave in 7 days, which is a total bummer. But I am doing a good job of not concentrating on that. I want every moment here to count, even the messy ones.
4 more months in France and then I'm back in his arms for good, inch'allah.
