So i've been seriously looking into going to Gallaudet University in the fall, i have all i need to get in except my ACT score's. So i'm looking into getting those done and sending them in. Being a sign language interpreter is my dream job and i'm not going to pass it up this time, like i did in the past because i was doing what everyone else wanted me to do. I'm getting everyone done for it tomorrow.
Ohhh I used to want to be an ASL interpreter. At the time, I visited Gallaudet and it was awesome! Have you been there yet for a visit? It was so cool to be in an all (or almost all) deaf community.
Mllebamako, no i haven't been to Gallaudet, but i'm planning a visit for this coming summer to stay for 2 weeks to do one of their ASL courses.
