Honestly, right now, all I want is to leave Austria and be with my fiance.

It's tough. If we had more money, I could squeeze in one more visit, but since I overstayed by 2 days, we don't want to risk spending money on a plane ticket, only to be sent back home. We would definitely do it, if we had another 1000$. I have papers that say that it was the airline's fault for cancelling flights on me twice, but it was still my fault for only leaving 2 days time before my VWP would run out and even though the american embassy said that it should be fine, they also said that it's up to the officer, who could very well say that I can't enter.

The closer we get to a reply on our visa, the more I feel like making it a small wedding, really small wedding for that matter. Buy a nice dress, since my parents pay for it , have him rent a nice suit (he said, he doesn't want to buy it) and go to the courthouse. Have a nice little ceremony there and then meet up with family at someone's place - even ours! - and celebrate.

I remember, when charley told me about his idea for the very first time, I was sad and I thought him not caring about the wedding meant him not caring about the marriage, but I get him now. Being apart for 6 months already, waiting on the visa, all we want is just get it over with. You could say it is a pessimistic view, but it just feels like a waste of time and money to make it a big celebration, when we don't really have much of either. Especially money. I don't know when this visa is going to be done, so I don't know if I should apply for a new job. Leaving after just a month never looks good and many jobs require a 2-4 weeks notice, which of course would postpone everything, but having extra money is never bad. I gotta look into my options. Maybe I can find something online, that I can do, even if I have to leave.

Standstill sucks, but I have trust in what we sent in.
