So it's been 2 months since my last blog roughly and lot has changed. One thing that hasn't changed though is how much I want to write so I will stick to my good ol' organized noodles.
Work
Work is still going well. I like what I do, except this month my shifts have gone down a bit which I don't really like. They hired more full timers which mean the reliefs probably won't be getting as many shifts. I'm keeping my fingers crossed though and brown nosing as much as I can so that when shifts come up they ask me to take them. I don't really want to apply for full time because I want to move up to the call evaluator position which pays a whole $8 more an hour to actually deal with the 911 calls coming in. I'm crossing my fingers there are some openings soon and I can apply, but in the meantime I'm getting experience.
Home/The Boy
I have a new home and its with the boy! He ended up getting the job I applied for for him and he had his first day of work today. We moved into a place I found a week ago and its feeling homey now and things are pretty good...except his damn computer games. I'm not used to that thing where we can both be in the same place but we don't both have to be doing something together. Before when I saw him it was specifically to hangout. Now, its
I'll watch a show with you and then I'm going to play my game for just a sec" I'm sure I'll get used to it. We work opposite shifts the next couple days so he'll get to play as much as he wants and I won't care.
It's been super hot and so we bought an air conditioner after our first night which is awesome, but now I have to adult and worry how much this is going to cost in electricity when the bills come.
Hmmm we went on a 10 day motorcycle trip to the mountains which was awesome. We packed the tent and everything on the back and it was fun to see how we did with so little. I'm quite impressed how quick we got at setting up and taking everything down. We went to these hot springs that were in a cave and it was the best thing I'd ever been too! Its called Ainsworth hotsprings for anyone that feels like looking it up, definitely a must see if you are in BC.
Hmmm I guess other than that there really isn't that much exciting things going on. Oh welll, brownie points for blogging anyway right?

The hot springs sound amazing, and when I went to tell Ted about them he was all "oh I know. I've been there. They are great!" This is the first year in a long time that he hasn't gotten to do an extended trip on the bike and I think he's having withdrawal.

And yay for moving in! I can relate to the boy cause I have my stuff that I like to do on the computer (old habits/games from being in a LDR) and Romeo is always like "what are you doing now? Who are you talking to now? Why don't you quit and come watch telly with me?" Just have to get used to it, good luck!
