Promotion
I know the title doesn't sound like it, but this is about my LDR. I might be promoted to supervisor at my job. This promotion not only puts me as a full time employee, but it also increases my pay. Those two things combined will double my income. (that kinda sounds like I'm blowing my own horn, but that's not the point, I promise.) My SO's job is still extremely uncertain about it's permanency. If I am promoted, I know I'll be able to make our planned trip in November happen. (So everyone cross your fingers that I'll get it!) I don't really know how he'll respond to me buying his plane ticket... He's already in the process of having money changed to send to me for the hotel and disney tickets and some other stuff. So really, the only thing left is his plane ticket. Hopefully I can talk him into letting me buy it if it's necessary. I don't really care about his guy pride right now, I NEED to see him.-

I ended up buying the plane ticket for him to come visit me but he ended up paying me back in payments because of his pride and him not wanting me to pay for his stuff. So, I would say that you should just offer to pay the ticket and tell him to pay you back whenever or just give it to him as a gift. I hope all turns out well!
