Excitement!

So... My first blog post! I've tried blogging a couple of times during the years, but I've always managed to give up after just a few posts for some reason, so we'll see how long this keeps up, haha! Anyhows, I felt like just typing down a few words about what's going on in my relationship with my SO right now, because I'm so excited I don't know what to do with myself! As of today, it's about 6 weeks left until I go over to Argentina to visit my boyfriend, and I'm so exciteeeed! Not only will it be my first time travelling to him, but it will also be my first time flying alone, which is kind of freaking me out... I've flown a lot before, but it's always been with other people, but this time I'll be completely depandant on myself which... Scares me :O xD At the same time, I just can't wait to get to the airport and just do it, because it will be an adventure on its own, and... I mean, it's 6 weeks left and I'm already planning what to bring and how to pack it!

My SO and I have been together for about 1 year and 2 months, and this will be our first time celebrating Christmas and New Years together, so I'm extremely excited about this! It will be strange, because I'm used to celebrating Christmas with massive piles of snow and -15 degrees, but this year it will be with sun and 30+, so it will definitely be a different experience that I'm looking very much forward to!

I shall update more the closer to travelling I get, no tickets or anything booked yet so it's not exactly decided when I will be on the plane, but we'll see

  Aww yay!! First meetings are exciting! (As are all other visits to our SOs of course!) If you've flown with other people, at least airports won't be a new thing to you. My first time flying to my boyfriend was also the first time I flew anywhere.. I found the excitement won over the nervousness pretty much most of the time. (security and immigration being the most scary for me, even though I got through them no problems) Oh and I also realized something.. your SO and you have been together almost exactly the amount of time that passed between my SO and I meeting online and meeting in person. That's not quite a similarity but it's close and I just happened to notice it! haha. anyways I hope you have such fun packing and planning what to bring, and have such a fantastic time when you finally do get to go visit your SO!

  My boyfriend and I will also spend our first xmas/nye together. There are also about 6 weeks left and this will also be his first time celebrating xmas with sun and 30+ degrees. We are both really excited!!

  Squeeker; I now know exactly what you mean with immigration! xD I was absolutely terrified, and then the guy asked me what the adress where I was staying was... I didn't have a clue! I mean, I know my SO's adress sort of, but absolutely not well enough xD It all sorted out though, the guy was nice and just said "Fair enough, I'll just write that you'll stay in Hotel El ******" And hey, that's quite a neat similarity! Even if it's not really the same thing, but it's got the same numbers anyways!
