I can't believe school is over! I've never had this much spare-time in the past three years, and it's gotten to the point where I almost don't know what to do with my time anymore xD I've been reading a ton and I'm finally able to catch up on books I've wanted to read forever, and that's awesome. I'm able to hang out with friends, family... I'm able to have long breakfasts and I'm able to talk to my SO more! But just not having that constant stress-cloud hanging over is such a relief, and I think my body is slowly catching up on that fact because I've been sleeping like 10 hours/day since the courses ended and I'm still tired xD However, the stress of getting assignments done might be over, but now there's the constant worry about the grades instead. They're supposed to be made official today, and so far I know I've failed maths, passed Spanish, and passed English, Psychology, Social Studies and Nutrition with distinction, so yay for that!

On the graduation-side of things, it's absolutely insane and I'm so excited!! We had our hat-ceremonies yesterday (yes, we have that. It's basically just the principal giving a speech, and then you all put your graduation-hats on at the same time, and from that moment on you're officially considered a graduate) and it was so surreal. It might seem funny, and it is, but it was such a strange feeling to be one of the graduates instead of watching from the sideline like I've done with my classmates the other years.

At home things are crazy because my mum is really taking this whole thing seriously since I'm the first of her kids to graduate, and she's been baking things and arranging stuff for the past 2 weeks xD I've told her that it doesn't matter to me what we eat or who will come, as long as I'll be with my family and my SO everything will be perfect But, as always, she's making an enormous deal out of it and got a party-tent and catering, cakes, planning brunch for all the guests, and I think she's making my dad have a speech - which will be very awkward but we'll see what happens! Even though I don't have classes anymore and I'm done, the real ceremony isn't until Friday, but I cannot wait. It's going to be so much fun, and with our weird traditions it's bound to seem strange to pretty much everyone but me xD

Anyways, just a quick summarization of what it is - the day begins with champagne-breakfast with my classmates at this one girls house at like 7am, then at 9am there's a ceremony in school, at 10.30am we "run out" (which literally means running out of school, but with music and stuff), at 12am we ride wagons around town for about two hours (this is what I'm looking forward to the most!), at 2pm I go home to have dinner and celebrate with family and guests, and at 8pm I'm off to a huge graduation-party at one of the local bars where all the graduates will be (including teachers, which I don't really get. Who the hell wants to party with their teachers? Okay, maybe some people, but definitely not me xD). It's going to be a day full of stuff, but it's going to be so much fun

(Who wouldn't want to do this? )

Now I'm rambling, but just wanted to blog-out about it a bit while I've got time over anyway! Right now, off to take a shower and later make dinner, hope everyone's having a great day/night/afternoon/morning/evening, wherever you're at!
