So I'm home from monday night and I finally have a good scale to use.
I'm slowly getting used to the diet food, I just have to think a bit more about what to prepare. I don't have job though so i have time.
Now... I'm not sure if i should be happy about it or worried, but according to my scale I lost over 1 kg (3pounds) in the last three days.
I am a bit overweight so it's ok if the health diet is helping me loose kilograms... but I'm not sure about loosing them so fast. (I lost 10 kg (22bs) within a 6 minths on dukan diet and it all came back with over 20kg yoyo in the next year and a half and complete disregulation of my organism so I am a bit worried)
Thoughts?
My mother did Dukan and it's great for losing weight fast, but very hard to maintain. If you're on a more flexible/healthier diet now, I'm sure you'll be able to maintain the weightloss.
