Today, I have decided that I'm going to change. I've been letting this stress get to me with no way of letting it out. So instead, I decided I'm going to channel it into exercise. I already have body issues, and this will help me overcome that as well. Burning off stress and working on myself is something I'm finally ready to do. I've tried before in the past, but I think this will help me stick to it. I'm going to start with something easy: workout when I feel stressed about anything. This will be one of those good changes that I will keep working at.

Plus, I'll look good and feel good when my SO comes to visit
