I'm so excited for this. I never closed the distance with my ex-LDR boyfriend of several years, but I doubt it would have felt anywhere near as nice as this. As an added bonus, I am now near Riff's family, aka some very sweet people, and I'm just so pumped!
Yesterday I got to see my mother for awhile (!) and hang out with Riff and meet a bunch of his family. They all seemed to really like me, and I LOVED them - having a "real" family is something I have always wanted, and here I am, welcomed with arms outstretched, by so many lovely people.
Today I have spent just lounging around. I hope to clean up a little, it's the least I can do, especially with being home all day. I also need to put my things away...haven't figured out the whole closet space bit yet. We don't have a ton of furniture, maybe we can get a pretty wardrobe eventually.
Well, that's about it for now, I haven't got much to say...just very happy.
But I better find some things to do or I will be bored to tears; today has been a lazy one, but I can't do too many more of them LOL. Hope your days are sunny! (The star could make an appearance over here and I sure wouldn't mind...oy vey!)
