I recently went bra shopping (I broke one of my favourites and I'll be seeing the SO soon ).

It is DEPRESSING to go bra shopping. It's very hard to find a cute bra without a crap-load of padding or push-up. Not sure if it's a problem everywhere, but I went to a couple major lingerie stores and a popular department store (Pink, Victoria Secret, La Senza and Sears), only to have the same problem. 90% of stock is padded to hell. Out of roughly 10 collections per store, only one or two seem to be completely free of stuffing. Some stores even have "double push-up" ..the B-cups were so big I could wear them on my head. Even D-CUPS are padded. ?!?!?! Push-up bras feel horrendous. Like I'm wearing a kevlar vest (if they were at least actually bullet-proof, I might buy one). When my SO touches me, I want to *feel* him doing it. How do women feel sexy in them? Things like this make me think I'm doing this femininity thing completely wrong.

It's such a fucking con. Male advertising execs warp models to look unnaturally busty. Women feel like crap about their bodies. Regular men have no clue what women are supposed to look like...and then women PERPETUATE the insanity. Reason number 9384202 that humanity is doomed.

I was lucky enough to find three cute bras with comfy, thin cups but I'm still sort of pissed.
