Sometimes in life you meet truly great people. They are mostly unnoticed and overlooked, but somehow, in a moment, you see them.
Today at work they were passing around a flyer for making meals for a family who just had a baby. It was mostly unsigned. The man in the desk across from me -who just moved to our branch 2 weeks ago. He, his wife, and their 3 kids have been living in a one room hotel room with only a hot pot to cook with as they are waiting for their apartment to be finished. - saw that the sheet was mostly unsigned, and signed up to buy them pizza (as they cannot cook in their hotel room) for dinner tomorrow.(EXPENSIVE!) And I know after the move and situation he doesn't have money to burn. He eats Ramen every day at work...
Meanwhile, my thorn-in-my-side, (married man who is a complete pain in the butt) pretends not to notice it so he doesn't have to be inconvenienced. He has more money, has more room to cook, and everything, but he just won't lend a hand. (HOWEVER, he seems to go out of his way to inconvenience others...)

IDK, kind of ranting, and kind of appreciating that even though life is full of DUMB people, their are great people out there too! You just don't notice them because they don't go around telling you how great they are...
