I wrote last time that his tourist visa to my country was rejected. I said right away that I will come to you, then! I spent a day or two trying to make it all go together... I skipped a meeting I was supposed to be at, I more or less finished the course I was taking, took 3 planes (instead of the direct flight I liked so much last time) and in the middle of the night I was with him... I was so tired I fell asleep on his shoulder on the bus into town. Still, I really liked being back at "our" place! He has improved his cooking skills dramatically since last time, and was very proud to make me dinner, which was actually very tasty!

I had a wonderful long weeked with him. We spent some time with the one friend remaining (and made him a halal pizza!), but mostly it was just the two of us. We did som classical dating stuff; went to see a movie, sat together on a sightseeing boat, cooked dinner and did grocery shopping (gives me a sense of the everyday, which I love to have with him). I made sure we celebrated Valentine's and his birthday in advance with cakes I made there; it was so cute that he got exited over chocolate cupcaces with candles in them.... and he loved the copy of "Eleven minutes" (he even brought it with him to the airport).

And then som stuff perhaps less classic, but nevertheless quite romantic in a sense; had a row and made up and understood each other more I think, and did some Skyping/ Viber calls with my husband, together, talking over our relationship the three of us.

I got so interested in the language this time. Even at the Istanbul plane I was like really listening to the voice of the flight attendents, trying to get the prononcitaion and rythm of the language. I actually learned a few words as well.

I left with less heart ace this time, perhaps because now that I started my new job I will be able to plan ahead; we planned the next two visits. I think he likes (at least now) to have more or less exact dates. In my suitcase were lots of homemade olives and olive oil, teas for my husband, biscutes that he bought me...and more tea. And the hope that we shall be able to see each other more often, and in the end bring my husband over as well.:
