Sooo if people remember, I was looking for a pair of shoes to go with this dress for Thanksgiving with my SO's extended family on his dad's side.....
The photo quality sort of sucks (just my cell phone) but it's a light pink dress with a black lace overlay and a black belt. I'm in love with it. I'm going to add that black sweater-thing because I'm going to freezeee up in NJ.
So I was debating on what shoes to go with. I normally wear the same pair of black ballet flats every single day... I'm boring haha. So my friend Megan brought me to a thrift store the other day just to look around and I found the most adorable pair of black boots....
I fell in love with them. They had this weird flower thing on the side but I cut it off since I liked the clean look better. Now put it all together.....
I plan on adding that black sweater-thing so I don't freeze and some black tights so my legs don't go numb.
Fashion police: yay or nay? I'm bad with shoes so I reallyyy need your opinions!
I reallyyyy wanted to wear my ballet flats with it and I still may but it's honestly way too cold for this Florida girl up in NJ to have her feet exposed in any way!
I do have a backup pair of shoes. I have pointy toed black somewhat-sparkly heels (I guess sort of like this but less sparkly!) but they are a bitch to walk in and I couldn't wear the tights. But they would work if need be!
If I do wear the boots, I'm going to be that girl wearing heels at the airport that Jenna Marbles hates :P
