NZ guy - US gal, advice on emmigration in either direction?

Ive just entered into a committed online relationship and was wondering if anyone can advise me on what the best emigration approach would be to be together? I have UK citizenship and am a permanent resident in NZ... it seems a little hairy... but I think we'd be pretty committed to a solution! many thanks!
