His house is being shown right now!

I was on the phone with my love...and suddenly he said.."I have to go...someone is outside looking at the house"...he calls back 5 minutes later...all in a hurry..."I will make this quick"...someone saw the sign and called my realtor and wants to see the house now"....


So...his house is being shown now.

I cant tell you how excited...nervous...happy I am.

Just the mere thought that the house can sell very soon and the distance will be over...OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And the funny thing is...his facebook status this morning was he is going to start taking a more positive approach to the house selling....

I have to admit I have been very very down at the thought of his house never selling.
