    Closing the Distance... Somewhat!

    SO had a job interview Wednesday for a position within his company that would cause him to transfer from California to Nashville, TN. Though we would not close the distance completely, this would put him just a two-hour drive from me rather than a five-hour plane ride! I am so excited. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much just in case he doesn't get the job.

    Though we began as a CD couple, and lived that way for 3 years, we have been LD for over 4 years and I can't imagine what it's going to be like getting to see him once per week rather than once every few months! EEK! I just can't hide how excited I am. Please send good vibes, prayers, or whatever you believe in our way!! I feel that we deserve this.

        Oh wow! A two hour drive is not so bad at all (especially compared to jumping on a plane)! That's great news! I hope he gets it! *fingers crossed*

              I totally understand how you feel at the moment- wanting to shout from the rooftop with glee, but then not 100% sure yet, so cautiously optimistic.

              Sending you good vibes. My SO and I are working on closing the distance in June, so throw back some good vibes my way too

                He got the job!! We found and apartment for him and he's moving this week! I am beyond excited. Thank you everyone for the warm thoughts. Eek!
