    Studying in SO's country

Yesterday night me and my SO were talking about a future for us - well, I was talking about it because at the moment he doesnt like that much the word "future".

We always say it will be hard to wait all these years if I ever decide to go to Uni (now Im just 1,5 year untill my diploma - and 1 year since we met has already flawn!), but I thought: what about studying there? He said universities are waaaay cheaper in RO than here in Italy (like everything) and why not? We would have 4 years just for us. And who knows a way to start building something. I'd have to find out how this would work - even if I guess it'd be easy living both in the EU - and also search for a job tho, but it'd be worth it.

What you guys think about this? Have some of you ever done it?

I think it's a good idea as long as you're sure the school offers everything you need. I have thought about it, and I should definetly do more research on the school that I'm looking at but it would be a little cheaper to go this school and it seems to be a wonderful school. I'd probably go there even if my SO wasn't near this university. Mainly cause it's cheaper and is a lovely university.

I think it is a good plan. We have thought about studies ourselves, it is just since we both already have degrees, work visa might work better for us. But we definetlely gave study visa a thought, for him to come here especialy because he would be allowed to work part time like our national students.
I made love to him only twice, she thought and looked at the man laying asleep beside her. And yet still it is as if we have been together forever, as if he has always known my life, my soul, my body, my light, my pain

If you don't want to study there for the full time, there is also the option of doing a "study abroad" program. I am going to my SO's country for a semester. It doesn't give us a ton of time, but at least it's better than being apart for the next however many years. I also am almost done with my degree though, so studying there for the while time wasn't an option for me.
