My SO finally wrote his 4th class power engineering test at the end of April which meant he could start looking for new jobs. He applied for one and I was looking around one day for him and saw another that was applicable to him. I ended up rewriting his cover letter and applying to it for him since he said he needed to sleep before work.
On my birthday he had an interview for the job! He didn't think it went that well but then the week later he got a call from HR wanting to talk with him a bit more to get to know him as he had been shortlisted with 3 others. Two days after that (last thursday) he got a call asking for his references. We were just on our way to the mountains but he managed to get them in time before we left right after.
Fast forward to today, he calls me saying he got the job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That means that starting August he will be back in the city and we will be living under the same roof and it is going to be magical!
