Sending in K1 visa paperwork this week!

Hello everyone!

Hope you are all well I'm currently in Arizona till Saturday and me and S had filled our paperwork for the K1 visa we are officially engaged too I popped the question at home one evening when it was just the two of us as S doesn't do suprises or like being the centre of attention!

We are hoping to get the visa process done for June next year as S & her family want to visit England and some of Europe then S & myself want to travel back here together if we can.

It's all exciting but so much to do I can't wait to come home for good!

I've seen people on visa journey have it back in 4 months. It's entirely possible that you'll have it by may or even before.

We received our first notification today to say our package has been accepted and is off to the California Service Centre if all goes well we are hoping to get our 2nd notification for approval mid January. Fingers crossed no requests for evidence.

S came and spent christmas and New year with me and my family. We had an amazing time together and she finally propsed to me and gave me my amazing ring which I love


Currently waiting patiently for out 2nd notification, we are not sure when we will see each other again as depends how quickly our visa is processed.

We just sent the I-129f as well on January 7th and it was delivered today. Did you NOA2 yet? I'm hoping for my NOA1 by the end of next week.

We are still waiting for NOA2 fingers crossed it will be this week! The waiting is the worse!
You should get your NOA1 notification hopefully by the end of the week, it doesn't take long. Our packet was sent the 2nd of December it was received by the Dallas Lockbox on the 7th and we got our E notification for NOA-1 on the 10th and the hard copy in the mail on the 14th of December.

I next day delivered it so it arrived on Friday. SO said don't get it signed for so it'd be delivered but I'd ticked the box and she scribbled it out saying don't get it signed for. Well it got signed for so it was 2 days later but oh well lol. It's there and I know it's safe since it was signed for. You should get your NOA2 soon, I read a lot of people only having to wait 3-4 weeks for it.
