I've answered all the questions on the form, it's pretty much just tiding up my responses and wrestling away my nerves to send it off! It is so exciting and terrifying all at once! 
At the moment it's looking like 8-14 months before we'll get a response though, which is okay, because we're hoping to close the distance in 16-17 months, but that wait before we know is sure to be painful!
