Closing the distance!!

I have bought my one way ticket and as of this weekend I have told everyone that I'm going to live in UK. We don't have any permanent plans for now, just going over there to see how it goes. Our closing date is 14th of July which is now less than 2 months away! Coincidentally it is just a couple of day before our 1 year anniversary! He is taking the week off when I arrive so we could get all the papers sorted and get me settled. I am so damn nervous, but excited at the same time. I have always wanted to live in the UK at least for a bit, so its perfect time and perfect place with my love

Congrats! I too have recently closed the distance...best advice so far: be prepared for the adjustment period...it's way different from just a normal visit.
