About the money issue... been there myself. I know you said you wouldn't want to ask your mum for anymore help but hun you really don't have much choice. I was very stubborn and proud when I had money problems and it led to me nearly losing my house, animals and everything I had. Andy talked to me and gave me the push I needed - I asked for help and got it and that's what you have to do too. Also even though Chase's family doesn't know about the baby this is the time to tell them and say you're in a desperate need for their help. They can't just overlook you on this.

How are you going to cope if you run out of money to eat? The baby needs it's vitamins. You need to reach out to anyone you can Sarah, no matter how hard it is, because you just have to. HAVE to. You definitely need to apply for the financial assistance for the baby's sake if not anyone else's.

Though I've never been through a lot of what you two are going through, I've been in the no money for food and the pantry is bare. Call churches, find local food banks. Don't be too proud to ask for any and all help you might qualify for. Even if the answer is no, you will be no worse off...but if you get a yes, then you are better off. I know how hard it is to ask for that help, but I also know you and he are practical people who care about making the best possible world for your little one. You two WILL find away, WILL convince the immigration idiots that you are for real, and WILL make it through these tough times to easier ones. Just have faith and lean on those who care for you when faith wears thin. They will also be able to let you know about the local food bank programs which require NO information at all.

Thanks everyone. We are not comfortable accepting from charitable organizations, because we aren't going hungry. Yes things are tight, but they could also be much worse.

Oh that's horrible! I HATE USA immigration -_- Would they accept like a petition from your friends saying that you guys are together? And maybe you can like rent a cheap piece of furniture (cheap as in not too expensive, not cheap as in omg ugly lol) from a furniture rental, so that'd be something in both of your names. And I bet it couldn't hurt to maybe print up your activity on here or something. That's all I can think of....I'll keep brainstorming
And I understand with the food thing. If my friends don't treat me to dinner, I pretty much don't eat all day. My mom and I don't have grocery money

pregnancy isnt ALL bad but..it kinda sucks lol. 7 weeks is still kinda early. i was sick for 3 straight months. woke up next to a trash can ready to throw up and took benedryl as a sleep agent...but after that i was fine. slept fine & everything. didnt start throwing up again till the 9th month and lets face it theres NOTHING joyous about the 9th month!

Me too Machstx, being one of 5 when your dad has a series of heart attacks, makes for some slim days, and they were wonderful to us.
