    The final countdown is officially on!

    After nearly nine months of long distance, I'm thrilled to finally have the date that we will be close distance again. On June 6th (the Monday before our wedding) -- 76 days from now -- he will be back in Washington after driving up from San Diego.

    The next time he leaves Washington, he'll be taking me with him.
