The Time Has Come

I wanted to thank you guys for all your support and even just be keeping me busy and entertained during this time I was in France. Our 9 months apart is coming to an end, thanks be to God, and in only a couple of days I'll be on the plane back to Africa.

I was nervous about doing long distance since I had had a bad experience with it before with an ex. However, my fiance really encouraged me to take the job in France seeing as it was a good opportunity for me. He was so supportive through it all and made a huge effort everyday. His actions made the distance do-able.
And LFAD helped me feel like I was part of something. This is a wonderfully supportive site.

I will definitely stop in and give updates plus I'll want to hear your updates too! I probably won't have internet in Africa so I can't promise to be on LFAD often (I wish! ) But I will check-in every now and then.

I have loved getting to know you all. I loved hearing your stories and I truly do wish the best for you all in your relationships and in your lives.
Love is an AMAZING thing. And I think it's wonderful that so many people are out there, taking the risk of loving someone with all heart.

I teared up when I read this cause I'm so sad you're leaving us! But I'm so so happy that you get to go back to your husband after a long time apart.

I hope you'll be as happy as you can be, you will truly be missed here and you have many many friends here you can always rely on. You've given me great advice many times and I know I'm not the only one. It's been wonderful getting to know you. I can't wait to hear an update!
