He has a big final that will decide if he technically graduates from 'high school'. He's from Norway so the school system is set up differently. He 'graduated' 3 years ago but failed two finals, which kept him from going to college. Until he met me he had just been toying with the idea of finishing.
In December he passed the first of two and failed the German one (didn't have the correct book/long story) So tomorrow, he retakes the German oral final.
On his most recent visit we finally decided he's come here for college in January. We have literally been talking about "what next" for a year. So it was nice to finally hear that he was final with this decision to move to America.
(We were out with some of my best friends and they asked "So when are you moving here for good?", he said "Six months hopefully" and I just looked at him like WHAAAAA haha It was the first time I actually heard him put a time on it.)
ANYWAY! If he doesn't pass this final, I don't know what we are going to do. I'm always up for moving to Norway but I'd like to go back to school also. If I were to move, quit my job etc. then I'd have to pay off my bills and loan from my first college degree (4years at University of Kansas) before I left.
but yes... I'm nervous but I am pretty confident he'll pass. He barely failed last time and didn't even have the correct book to study.
