Yeah, what a rip. I ordered a bunch of flowers for my SO for our 2 year anniversary, but they never arrived. I kept emailing the company, but they just didn't respond. My SO saw that they were online today and asked why they never delivered the flowers. Guess what they said? That they would need another $50 to deliver the flowers to her area. What??? I already payed $60 which is already a rip-off for just some flowers!!! Their English is not the best either, here a quote from their IM message:
I found out afterwards that many other people already had problems with this company. But I already contacted PayPal. Here's hoping I'll be able to at least get my money back. But yeah, I don't think I'll order flowers again anytime soon.
This was unusual case where in our services unsuccessful to meet your expectations. We guarantee this would not be a reason for complain in future.We also say sorry for what happened with this order.
