    Displaying risque picture gift.

So a couple months ago, I got a boudoir shoot and I'm trying to decide how to incorporate them into a v-day present for my SO.

Parameters: I basically stole the pictures for the photogs website because I'm too poor right now to buy big expensive prints. I get two prints of the same pose as part of my groupon, but that's about it.

I tried to make a calender but the pictures blurred.

    Help guys!!!!

I think he'd be happy with just the shots. Maybe you can get one of those metallic sharpies and sign it in the corner with a little message like "to my hot stuff", as if it were a head shot or something. And then maybe you can size one down to wallet size so he can carry it around in his wallet? I think a calendar isn't practical because he wouldn't be able to put it anywhere!!

What about a nice photo album and display them in there inbetween not so racy pictures. Y'know a nice surprise? lol

the shots are probably blurry because they are low resolution and in the calendar they re-size too big. wallet sized prints would be better

As a photographer... what you are doing is illegal. Just saying. Being poor doesn't make theft okay. I keep trying to think of a way to say that without being so blunt, but I can't. Photographers own their images. Not to mention that any reputable printer won't even print them for you without a release from the photographer.

Perhaps you could contact the photographer to work out a payment plan or to buy one the rights of one of the files so you can print them.

I'm sorry if this comes across as harsh.

Honestly, I never even knew that. I'll call her and see what I can do.

I just called the photog and since it was a groupon, I get prints. I also ordered an additional print.

Now that they are fully legal, how shall I display them?

I really like lucybelle's idea; making one or two wallet size prints and sign them on the front as if he's dating like a celebrity or something. That's actually a really neat idea, I really wanna do that now

Now that you've got them from the photographer they should be high-res so you could display them in a calender if you wanted to - but as someone said previously he probably wouldnt be able to put that up anywhere.

Maybe get a nice picture frame for one? I guess though if he lives with roommates or has people in his room often that might not be the way to go.
