A single red rose

Hey all,


I would like to send my girlfriend a red rose.
I visited a couple of sites already which offer bouquets for 100 dollars. 100 dollars is a little over the top. I was thinking about 10-15 dollars.

I live in The Netherlands and my girlfriend lives in Moscow. I have been looking for local stores, but I can't find them (and I can't read russian).

Could anyone help me to send a single red rose for a reasonable price?
