Hi all, I need some advice. Today is my SO's birthday and I wanted to see if I could get a cupcake delivered to him at his work around his lunch break. No one is doing anything for him for his birthday :/ and that bums me out. I fixed him up a care package and shipped it to his other apartment, but he's at his parents house this weekend. The catch is, he works on a government base, so I don't know how successful I will be. Does anyone have any suggestions/ideas ?
