Problems with Jilster - help!

Scrolling on the "Things for LDR couples to do" I've found that someone suggested Jilster, I thought it was a good idea and had a look on the website.

I registered in, I really want to do one for his birthday and thought he works for a magazine, it will be such a nice and particular present from me
The problem comes when I try to upload images, it just doesnt upload anything. Are there any size rules, images copyrights or anything?
Does somebody know?

You're right, but the "Contact us" section of the websites always seem to me "contact us and wait forever for your problems to be solved" , so I'll both wait there and here just in case someone used it and came across the same issue
