So what are you buying your SO for Valentine's Day?

This topic was bound to come up, so as the title says, "What are you buying your SO for Valentine's Day?"

I have had a nice little idea, I'm going to this little sweet factory a few miles away and going to buy a few packets of different sweets and use a large Yankee Candle jar to store them all in. He doesn't eat that many sweets but I know the one's he likes.

Our anniversary is 28th January so our Anniversary and Valentine's are only about two weeks apart, and we're not spending it together this year (Valentine's I mean) like we have the last two years, so I'm making two homemade things. For the anniversary, it'll be a scrapbook and for Valentine's, it'll be the sweetie jar

I am sending him a 'things i love about you' list and after that I'm stuck for ideas.

I made him a couple ornaments i painted hearts on them and one says our names, and the other says i love you and or names for eachother.

I'm determined to finish up the poem I started writing him a few months ago as part of the gift (I'm such a perfectionist, I almost never finish things ), but I'm still thinking up the rest.

As a joke I bought him some x-rated candy hearts, but I'm making him a card and I'm gonna see about doing something there when I'm with him since we will be spending it together.

Already got him a bus ticket for him to see me, he'll be down on valentines day.

He (and a good friend of ours from his city) will actually be here, but I'll have exams (on the 14th, 15th and 16th ) so we (the 3 of us) 'll probably go out somehwere nice after I'm done with exams. On Valentine's I'm going to send them sight seeing or something, so I can do some last-minute studying.

He will hopefully be coming up to visit for our anniversary less than a month later so then I'll have a present.

My SO should be down at the end of February so I plan on waiting until he gets here to do his Valentine's Day gift - but I'm going to take him to Disney He's never been, and I used to go all the time but it's been a few years now so I'm due to go back. I'll send him a card before then though.
