ladies, here's a pretty awesome gift idea

I follow a vintage clothing/style blog & the other day, the blog owner posted a 50's style "pin-up" photo shoot package.

I LOVE this idea & messaged her for rates which are a lil expensive...$400 for 2 looks. The pics she took look so hot tho. I was thinking this would be a great gift for my SO. This particular package would be for NY-area ladies only, but maybe there's some other photographers/stylists out there that would do the same kinda thing.

A friend of mine knows a photographer who wants to get into boudoir work so she's offering to do shoots for free in order to build her portfolio! I've been looking forward to it because I think it's a great gift idea too. Not quite the same as pin-up, but in a similar vein.

It's a FABULOUS idea!!!! I've done it a few times. I have been doing makeup for awhile and actually take the pics myself using a tripod and the self timer. I've had a friend come over and help too. If you know anything about photography you can take as many as you want for free.

I love the idea and long ago I thought about taking some professional and erotic (but covered) pics for my S/O.

I looked at the site and love it. It's too pricey for me, but if I lived in the area and could afford it I would surely do it.

Now THIS is freaking awesome. I love love love dressing up for photos in costumes and themes like this (you know those flapper and western sets that are ALL over tourist towns? *sighs* I adore those things...) and would so totally do this if it wasn't way too expensive for me. I hate taking normal photos since I always look like crap but something like this? Yes please. Wonder if I could find something similar and a tad cheaper around here...

I considered doing a boudoir shoot as a wedding gift, but didn't have the time. I would really love to look into it again, however. There are plenty of affordable, and wonderful photographers out there who do boudoir, and I am determined to find one

hmmmm well photography is my passion and im always taking pictures so i'd be willing to take pictures of you for a good price, im talking about "give me what u think i deserve" so i wouldnt mind shooting some pix for u for like $10 and i'd print them out for u on photo paper...and well theres always walgreens and other pharmacies or photo places that cane make them look fancy for a cheap price! So anyone in NYC send me a message! ^-^
