His birthday is in a month...

This will be the first birthday of his we've celebrated since being apart. I'm having a hard time coming up with a nice idea that will make his day amazing.
What have you all done for your S.O's birthdays???

I'm in the same situation.. i booked the presidential suite at a hotel so i can throw him a surprise party with his friends.. it's expensive, but totally worth it

Haven't mailed him anything yet, still working on it. His b-day is this August and I made a wallpaper for his desktop, using two pictures of us. I made it from scratch so I'm glad with the result. It's not a mind-blowing gift, but from the distance, it's best I can do atm.

I baked him cupcakes and sent him a blanket I made for him. I gave him instructions to open the small box first which contained small party decorations and my place looked the same so that way when we skyped it would be like we're together and then we ate the cupcakes and I watched as he opened the rest of his presents =)
