What do you think of this pillowcase for my SO?

I sent my SO a package, it arrived nice and safe (yay) anyways he sent me some things for my birthday and one of them was a teddy bear, he said it was so I could snuggle up to it at night and the teddy bear is taking his place next to me until he can really be next to me. I decided I wanted to send him something to sleep with aswell but I'm not 100% sure on the stuffed animal idea, I haven't asked but I just don't think he'd sleep with a teddy bear lol so I decided to make him a pillowcase and I will send it with a pillow inside so it's all ready to use

When we get mad at each other (and after we've made up) I call him mr. grumpy and he calls me mrs. stubborn.

So anyways this is the pillowcase I made, and I was hoping to get opinions.

I like this idea for my Christmas present. Except I'm not that good when it comes to drawing. So I'll need to think about in more detail. But it the thought that counts, right? Thanks for the inspiration.
